Our technology and team approach make routine visits more productive and more cost-effective, and let us give the best field care achievable. When more than field care is needed, we have long-standing relationships with the best referral hospitals. Should your horse need surgery, further diagnostics or intensive care, we know where to refer them, and we can send our field ultrasound and x-ray images, along with our findings, to surgeons and other specialists.

Our history

Conejo Valley Veterinary Hospital has been a leading member of the international horse community since 1958. Our founder, the late Dr. Robert M. Miller, was a world-renowned expert and speaker on imprinting and equine behavior, and from the beginning the practice has been an innovator in field medicine.

Today we continue to lead the way with telemedicine, but our underlying philosophy has not changed: horses come first. Whether we are finding that extra 1% for the professional competitor, bringing a new life into the world or easing the passing of a beloved friend, we are honored to care for our equine friends.
