Rehab & Conditioning
Veterinarian-designed and supervised rehabilitation and conditioning, with a custom protocol for every horse.

Optimizing equine performance
Our focus is on athletic fitness, return to optimal function and the longevity of our equine partners. Our rehabilitation program is veterinarian-led and supervised, with ongoing re-evaluation of each patient as they progress through a customized program.
Rehabilitation, custom designed for each patient and injury
Conejo Valley Equine is proud to offer full-service, veterinarian-designed and supervised equine rehabilitation. A custom protocol is developed and updated weekly for each patient, combining a range of modalities and core-strengthening exercises to optimize a return to performance or function.
Fitness and conditioning
Prevention is always the best medicine. Our custom fitness and conditioning programs help your equine partner reach peak performance and reduce the risk of injury. We offer both boarding and haul-in options.
Our rehab and conditioning facility is at 5501 Balcom Canyon Road, Somis, CA (opens Google Maps in a new tab).
